Castle Combe

A sunny spring day and a relaxation in lock down rules meant we were finally able to venture a little further afield.

I had been craving something to boost my creativity a little, something different from the routine of getting up and working from home before walking in the woods nearby, spending the rest of the evening at home, before sleeping and starting all over again.

I have always wanted to visit Castle Combe, it’s a tiny village in Wiltshire and it’s such a pretty walk.

The village is picturesque, we stopped at a bench by Bybrook river and enjoyed the sunshine before wandering round St Andrew’s Church.

Sometimes what you need is a short walk in the sunshine in a completely new place and the opportunity to spend a little bit of time photographing the surroundings.
